To accelerate the advancement of the construction of the Cross-Straits Biotech Industry Cooperation Base and innovate in base development model, the CPC Dongguan Municipal Committee and Dongguan Municipal People’s Government decided to establish the state solely-owned enterprise Dongguan City Biotech Industry Development Co., Ltd. Song Tao, adviser to Dongguan Municipal People’s Government, will serve as chairman and general manager and establish a professional, lean and efficient management team to guide the development, construction, operation and management of the Base.

After careful and intense preparations, Dongguan City Biotech Industry Development Co., Ltd. was put into operation on December 20, marking a new step forward in the construction of the Base.

Under the guidance of specialized management consulting firms, Dongguan Biotech will rely on the excellent experience of relevant Chinese state-owned companies to expedite the establishment of effective operation and management framework, ensure smooth business operation, advance the investment attraction and carrier construction of the Base, and speed up the construction of the Base.
